Let's Talk - the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service for Gloucestershire

Do you just need to talk to somebody?

If you feel anxious or depressed and your problems are beginning to interfere with your daily life, our Let's Talk service can help.

You can call us between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday on 0800 073 2200.

Over the telephone we will talk through your difficulties with you and together we can decide the best next step. This may be through one or two telephone conversations, attending a course at a college or on your home computer.
