How we make decisions
The Trust holds regular board meetings where decisions affecting the Trust are made. In this section you can find details of forthcoming Board meetings, minutes of previous meetings, current consultations and our Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Strategy.
The Trust is led by a Trust Board responsible for strategic direction and holding the Executive Committee to account. For full details of the Trust Board, click here.

The next Board meeting will take place on Monday 30th April 2012 at 2.00pm in the Business Continuity Room, Trust HQ, Rikenel.
