Local nurse celebrating after winning national Nursing Times award

²gether NHS Foundation Trust is celebrating with one of our community nurses who has won one of the professions most prestigious award.

Penny Shewell, Community Nurse in the Cotswolds (above, centre) has won the Nursing Times Learning Disability Nurse Award for her entry ‘Prescriber nurse-led clinics – a community model for people with learning disabilities and epilepsy’.

The award ceremony took place on Wednesday 2 November 2011 at the Hilton Park Lane, London.
