What are panic attacks?
A panic attack is a rush of intense anxiety and physical symptoms. If you have regular panic attacks, it may be a sign that you are suffering from panic disorder.

Talking Therapies can help
Talking Therapies is our Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service. We offer guidance, courses and talking therapies that give you the skills and techniques to manage difficult days, lift your mood and improve your overall wellbeing.
We are a free service and are here to listen, help and suggest the best way forward for you.

You can refer yourself to Talking Therapies by calling 0800 073 2200, filling in our self-referral form or you can ask you GP to refer you.
