Quality Risk Profiles - July 2011
We are required under the Health and Social Care Act 2008, to declare our compliance against a set of 16 essential standards of quality and safety outcomes. We do this through the Quality Risk Profile which brings together a wide range of information.
The Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England, use this information to help monitor our compliance with the essential standards of quality and safety.
