Please note that the following numbers are for use in an emergency only. This service is predominantly for service users currently in our care, their families and carers. If you are not currently in our care you can either contact your GP, go to your nearest Accident and Emergency Department.


Alternatively contact the crisis team directly where your needs will be assessed and you will be advised accordingly.

The number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When calling, please choose one of the following options depending on your location:

  • Option 1 for Stroud and Cotswolds
  • Option 2 for Gloucester and Forest 
  • Option 3 for Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and North Cotswolds

Is this the first time you have needed help for a mental health crisis?

If you, a friend, or a relative is experiencing mental health problems for the first time and need emergency treatment or advice during office hours, then you should contact your GP.

Alternatively contact the crisis team directly where your needs will be assessed and you will be advised accordingly.

A safe, supportive, non-judgmental and informative service for people who self harm, their friends, families and carers.

Managing Memory ²gether is pleased to offer a range of group sessions for anyone living with dementia, and their friends and family. The sessions provide an opportunity to meet others, get support and find out more about dementia and how best to manage the changes and challenges that a diagnosis brings.


Sessions will take place at Gloucester Farmers Club Ltd, Agriculture House, Greville Close, Sandhurst Road, Gloucester GL2 9RG.

These sessions are all for family members/friends that support someone who has dementia

Understanding Dementia – Friday 1st June, 10.30am – 1pm

Brain and Behaviour – Friday 8th June, 10.30am – 1pm

Positive Communication – Friday 15th June, 10.30am – 1pm

Understanding Dementia – Tuesday 26th June, 6.30pm – 9.00pm

Brain and Behaviour – Tuesday 3rd July, 6.30pm – 9.00pm

Positive Communication – Tuesday 10th July, 6.30pm – 9.00pm

Forest of Dean

Sessions will take place at Colliers Court, Latimer Road, Cinderford, Forest of Dean GL14 2QA.

These sessions for people with early stage dementia and family members/friends that support them:

Living Well with Dementia Part 1 – Friday 15th June, 10:30am – 1pm

Living Well with Dementia Part 2 – Friday 22 June, 10:30am – 1pm

These sessions for family members/friends that support someone who has dementia

Brain and Behaviour – Wednesday 23 May, 2pm – 4:30pm

Positive Communication – Wednesday 30th May, 2pm – 4:30pm
