Adult ADHD Service

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a condition that affects people’s behaviour. Symptoms include inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.

You can find out more about ADHD on the NHS website.

The adult ADHD service provides a diagnostic and follow-up service for adults who live in Gloucestershire and do not currently have a diagnosis of ADHD.

If you feel you may have ADHD, the first step is to seek advice from your GP. Patients are referred from the Mental Health Intermediate Care Team clinics in GP surgeries and then may be referred to our service for assessment.
